Abstract

Certaines décisions sont particulièrement difficiles à prendre pour les PDG... C'est aujourd'hui le cas pour Mme Spanner, PDG de France Pistons, une entreprise française qui fabrique des pistons destinés en premier lieu à l'industrie automobile. Le Groupe qui contrôle son entreprise vient de lui demander de choisir parmi son équipe quatre ingénieurs qui seront envoyés en Chine pendant deux ans. Déchirée entre un sentiment de fierté d'être devenue l'équipe la plus performante du Groupe et la certitude que la décision finale aura un impact considérable sur l'ensemble de l'équipe et les différents membres qui la composent, Mme Spanner décide de faire appel à une agence de conseil pour l'aider à gérer cette demande très sensible et à prendre la meilleure décision possible...
