Abstract

Pour toute entreprise émergente, la recherche de légitimité est fondamentale. Plus spécifiquement pour un projet de spin-off universitaire, cette quête de légitimité doit s'exercer auprès de plusieurs types de parties prenantes et dans toutes les dimensions de la légitimité. Notre analyse porte sur un cas d'échec d'un projet de spin-off universitaire. Le cadre théorique de la légitimité nous a permis de comprendre les raisons d'un tel échec, en soulignant notamment l'importance de la dimension morale de la légitimité auprès de certaines parties prenantes.
