Abstract

Cette communication questionne les usages du numérique dans la formation des adultes salariés. De nombreuses études comparatives ont établi un lien entre les processus numériques et les usages en matière d'éducation, insistant sur un système sociotechnique dans lequel les adultes interagissent avec une variété de dispositifs. Mais elles n'ont pas envisagé en quoi ces nouvelles pratiques sont susceptibles de promouvoir différents modèles pédagogiques propres aux acteurs en formation. A partir d'une analyse de contenu dans le traitement de données d'entretiens auprès de plusieurs organisations internationales, une démarche de théorisation des faits éducatifs est identifiée et constitue des potentiels de transformation. Des perspectives épistémologiques permettent d'interroger la manière dont les savoirs scientifiques sont produits dans les environnements éducatifs les plus divers.
