Abstract

Cet article est issu d'un travail de prospective mené dans le cadre du projet ANR PRISE (Prospective des Ruptures et Innovations dans la Société et l'Economie), coordonné par la Fing. Madeleine Besson (Télécom Ecole de Management), Daniel Kaplan (Fing) et moi-même avons dans ce projet co-animé le groupe thématique « Entre-prises et marchés ». Les réflexions qui suivent sont issues d'un important travail docu-mentaire, de revues de littérature et de cinq ateliers thématiques avec des entreprises et des chercheurs. La numérisation de l'économie s'est effectuée chronologiquement en trois phases. Dès les années 1950, les entreprises et les organisations ont commencé à s'informatiser, s'équipant d'ordinateurs ou de systèmes permettant de mieux piloter à la fois la production et la gestion. De nouvelles logiques managériales sont apparues, liées à la mesurabilité de toute activité grâce à ces systèmes ainsi que des indicateurs de performance et des recherches d'optimisation...
