Abstract

La révolution numérique est en marche dans le secteur de la santé. Forums de santé, sites internet médicaux, réseaux sociaux et autres plateformes se multiplient. Nombreux sont ceux qui se tournent en priorité vers Internet pour rechercher des informations en santé. Comment expliquer ce phénomène et le mesurer? Quels sont les défis et les enjeux? Comment appréhender les aspects déontologiques? Comment le médecin vit-il ce nouveau moyen de communication avec les patients? Comment utilise-t-il les réseaux sociaux? Comment et pourquoi les institutions publiques et organisations internationales genevoises (OMS et HUG) investissent-elles les réseaux sociaux dans le domaine de la santé?
