Abstract

Les objets connectés permettent de nouveaux usages et de nouveaux réseaux hybrides compris entre l'humain et les technologies. Ainsi, cette Chaire est un projet qui s'étant de l'an 2015 à 2018, et qui réunit plusieurs disciplines et partenaires tels que le groupe SEB ou Huawei, afin de concevoir et de développer des objets connectés et des services innovants qui ne deviendront pas obsolètes en quelques mois, mais dont l'utilité sera durable et quotidienne. Cette chaire se développera à Evry et principalement sur 4 grands axes : l'analyse du comportement des consommateurs d'objets connectés et intelligents, afin de comprendre leurs perceptions, leurs attentes, leurs processus d'adoption, d'appropriation… ; comprendre et revisiter l'User Experience Design, soit la satisfaction et le plaisir des utilisateurs à interagir avec une interface ; définir un cadre social pour l'Internet of Things, afin d'étudier les nouveaux réseaux sociaux et d'objets connectés dans le but de développer de nouveaux services innovants ; et enfin, comprendre l'impact de la diversité culturelle sur le comportement des utilisateurs d'objets connectés.
