Abstract

La connaissance comme facteur de production a des caractéristiques spécifiques. Elle est attachée à des individus, à leurs interactions et au contexte social. Sa création nécessite d'une part, la circulation et l'ouverture sur l'extérieur, et d'autre part l'intégration (une gouvernance adéquate qui permet des comportements cohérents). La prise en compte de ces caractéristiques nous amène à proposer un dilemme économique original et mettre en lumière l'importance d'une forme organisationnelle comme problématique centrale de la création de connaissances.
