Abstract

Dans un continent pénalisé par le manque d'électricité, le développement des énergies renouvelables, et en particulier du solaire, constitue un axe de progrès extrêmement prometteur. C'est ce qui a donné lieu à l'émergence de solutions originales avec, en particulier, le développement de mini réseaux.
