Abstract

Les travaux du sociologue Granovetter n'ont eu jusqu'à présent qu'un faible écho en gestion des ressources humaines, et n'ont probablement pas reçu toute l'attention qu'ils méritaient. L'objectif de la présente analyse consiste à éclairer la démarche de Mark Granovetter, à en montrer l'articulation et l'unité. Ses travaux doivent ainsi être situés dans un programme de recherche, celui de la nouvelle sociologie économique, dont la remise en cause de la logique marchande pure constitue le socle fondateur. Cette mise en perspective permet de souligner la richesse analytique de ce courant théorique pour une compréhension du fonctionnement réel de marchés et des organisations.
