Abstract

Ce livre présente en 12 chapitres l'ensemble des connaissances nécessaires à la compréhension des mécanismes fondamentaux des fusions et acquisitions. Face à la complexité juridico-financière de ces opérations qui relèvent, le plus souvent, de l'ingénierie financière, il vise à expliquer, de manière synthétique, les grands principes et la mécanique générale de celles-ci sous un angle économique, sans oublier les aspects organisationnels qui constituent généralement d'importants facteurs clés de succès. Sont concernés par cet ouvrage, les étudiants des cursus universitaires de gestion et des IAE, les étudiants des écoles de commerce et de gestion - Étudiants des filières comptables et de gestion (Licence et Master CCA) , les étudiants en expertise comptable (DCG, DSCG, DEC) Eric Tort , Professeur des universités associé à l'IAE Lyon, est l'auteur de nombreux ouvrages et articles et est membre du jury national du DEC
