Abstract

The determining factor in stimulating the development of tourist relations, from the emergence of tourism in the world and before its height, was and remains a problem associated with the lack of uniformity of the requirements of the laws of the world regarding the transfer of tourists, the provision of tourist and related services and the protection of the rights of tourists . Therefore, the Consumers' movement and regulatory legal regulation in this direction are of particular relevance in contemporary tourism activity.
