Abstract

L'Afrique semble s'être engagée dans la mondialisation par la voie de l'intégration régionale. Mais à y voir de plus près, cette mondialisation apparaît illusoire car entravée par de nombreuses contraintes. Les entraves à la libre circulation des personnes et la perception négative de la mondialisation par les jeunes en Afrique nous interrogent sur la pertinence d'un tel phénomène. L'Afrique est-elle vraiment concernée par cette mondialisation ou est-ce une simple vue de l'esprit ?
