Approche socio-économique de la pêche sur le Scorff

Abstract

L'évaluation économique de la pêche repose sur deux méthodes. L'une, dite des dépenses, vise à chiffrer les bénéfices que l'économie locale peut attendre de la présence des pêcheurs. L'autre, basée sur l'acceptation de payer des utilisateurs a un caractère plus général. Mais ces deux procédés correspondent à la même optique de marchands de loisirs et n'ont pas de sens quand la fréquentation est surtout locale, comme c'est le cas pour le Scorff. Aussi la population des pêcheurs a-t-elle été étudiée en tant que telle, et non par rapport à des objectifs économiques. La conclusion essentielle est que la grande majorité des pêcheurs a un faible niveau technique et qu'une action efficace en matière d'aménagement passe par un gros effort de formation et d'information.
