Disparités interrégionales de revenu agricole dans les pays de la C.E.E

Abstract

Cet article élargit à la dimension internationale les travaux et réflexions déjà menés au SCEES à partir des résultats des comptes départementaux de l'agriculture, des comptes par catégories d'exploitations ou du R.I.C.A., sur l'ampleur et l'évolution des disparités de revenu internes à l'agriculture et sur les méthodes de mesure correcte de nos disparités. En second lieu, l'article ramène à une juste signification les résultats statistiques sur les disparités de revenu agricole publiés chaque année par la Commission des Communautés Européennes dans son Rapport sur la situation de l'agriculture et qui ont parfois été interprétés de façon hâtive, comme exprimant des disparités de revenu beaucoup plus fortes en France que dans d'autres pays. L'étude montre qu'il n'en est rien et qu'en raisonnant sur des résultats comparables, l'amplitude des disparités de revenus n'est pas significativement différentes en France, en Italie en Allemagne.
