La perception et la préoccupation concernant le stress au travail sont - elles différentes ?

Abstract

Cette étude a précisément pour objectif d'apprécier si les manières de gérer et de ressentir le stress au travail par les hommes ou les femmes sont différentes ou si un effet générationnel peut également expliquer ce phénomène. Nous avons mené en février 2012 une enquête auprès de 183 salariés en situation de travail. Nous comparons les positions respectives du genre féminin sur plusieurs thèmes différents, ainsi que la position par rapport à des groupes de jeunes femmes et de jeunes hommes. Nous ne traiterons pas des écarts de salaires, de la discrimination à l'embauche, l'accès aux grandes écoles... Nous nous concentrerons sur un aspect spécifique : existe-t-il une manière de gérer les situations de stress au travail féminine distincte de la façon de gérer les situations de stress masculine ou alors existe-t-il une façon distincte due à un effet générationnel ?
