Distribution des coûts spécifiques de production dans l’agriculture de l’Union européenne : une approche reposant sur la méthode de régression quantile

Abstract

Cette communication teste la méthodologie d'estimation micro-économétrique des coûts spécifiques de production selon les quantiles conditionnels sur la base du RICA européen à partir des produits bruts dégagés par quinze grands produits agricoles. Les résultats obtenus démontrent la pertinence de la régression quantile pour prendre en compte l'asymétrie et l'hétéroscédasticité, intrinsèque aux distributions de charges spécifiques. À partir des résultats économétriques se rapportant à trois commodités majeures du marché européen, à savoir le blé, le lait de vache et le porc, nous montrons que le contexte national des douze pays européens étudiés sur l'année fiscale 2006 (Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Danemark, Espagne, France, Hongrie, Italie, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Royaume-Uni et Suède) constitue un facteur d'hétérogénéité pour les coûts spécifiques.
