Abstract

Afin de considérer le rôle actif du consommateur lors de la revente de ses biens, cette recherche se propose de compléter les travaux existants sur le choix d'un circuit de distribution en intégrant la notion de contrôle. Nous souhaitons aussi élargir la vision analytique des travaux consacrés à la sélection d'un circuit de distribution par l'analyse de la nature du processus décisionnel de l'individu en fonction de sa volonté de contrôler la transaction. Les résultats de notre expérimentation menée auprès de 152 individus mettent en avant que certaines dimensions de la volonté de contrôler la transaction influencent la nature du processus de décision de l'individu. En outre, nous avons mis en évidence que le contrôle perçu sur la transaction influence l'attitude du consommateur à l'égard du site de revente.
