Macro-modélisation des opérations dans leur contexte stratégique : un enjeu simplexe

Abstract

Cet article présente une démarche de prototypage de certaines opérations bancaires de middle et de back-office liées aux investissements. Le positionnement qui a guidé ce travail a été celui de la recherche-action, ou action-research , selon l'expression des Anglo-Saxons dont le pratical-wisdom, cousin lointain, peut-être, de la simplexité , les conduit a` commencer par l'action plutôt que par le but a` atteindre. Le travail réalisé a permis de faire émerger une nouvelle manière d'appréhender un système d'opérations bancaires et d'identifier les points d'appui pour se représenter ces opérations non pas isolément, mais dans leur contexte stratégique et environnemental.
