Abstract

Les preuves quand à la dangerosité des produits phytosanitaires utilisés dans l'agriculture conventionnelle s'accumulant, l'accès à une alimentation saine s'affirme de plus en plus comme un enjeu sanitaire. Les produits issus de l'agriculture biologique, qui offrent aujourd'hui une réponse à ces problèmes, apparaissent néanmoins comme difficilement accessibles au plus démunis.Des initiatives locales, pour beaucoup issues de l'économie sociale et solidaire, cherchent à répondre à cette forme d'exclusion. Nous souhaitons ici faire un premier inventaire de ces initiatives et proposer quelques éléments d'analyses au vu, notamment, des débats plus généraux sur le développement des filières de l'agriculture biologique.
