Abstract

Les Parcs Industriels Fournisseurs (PIF) offrent un contexte favorable à l'émergence de communautés de pratique (CoP). Il est ainsi possible de repérer l'existence de relations informelles qui présentent des similitudes avec les CoP. Elles ont alors pour particularité d'être transversales aux différentes organisations partenaires implantées sur le PIF. Pourtant ces communautés ne sont pas totalement abouties. Le présent article se propose d'approfondir ce parallèle entre PIF et CoP en étudiant plus spécifiquement le degré de maturité des communautés détectées. Pouvons-nous réellement parler de CoP au sein des PIF ou seulement de graines de CoP, au sens de Cappe (2005) ? Afin de déterminer si ces communautés sont susceptibles d'évoluer vers des CoP effectives et, par voie de conséquence, générer une valeur ajoutée assimilable par les différentes organisations partenaires, il importe d'en déterminer le stade d'évolution.
