Abstract

In a context of growing concern for financial constraints and personalization of service, this paper studies how this trend of care customization can be implemented in the health care processes.Drawing on relevant literature from various service-related disciplines, we develop a specific framework for healthcare. This framework leads to distinguish 6 key factors for the implementation of care customization, and highlights their alignments.
