Abstract

Des données ont été collectées dans le contexte des collectivités locales françaises à trois moments sur un an et demi afin de tester des hypothèses sur l'influence de plusieurs variables de Ressources et d'Exigences sur le bien-être et la fatigue. Les analyses indiquent que la motivation intrinsèque et le soutien perçu du supérieur sont fortement liés à la fois au bien-être et à la fatigue. Le rôle clé du soutien du supérieur devrait inciter les chercheurs comme les praticiens en Gestion des Ressources Humaines à investiguer les moyens de permettre aux supérieurs de soutenir les agents de façon adéquate.
