Abstract

L'immobilier a connu une révolution en vingt ans : financiarisation, internationalisation et spécialisation des intervenants, gestion plus rigoureuse, nouveaux métiers… Le secteur a fortement accru ses exigences de compétences techniques et managériales. Rédigé par les enseignants du master « Management de l'immobilier » de l'université Paris-Dauphine, cet ouvrage offre une vision de l'ensemble du domaine allant de la conception, des travaux, de la commercialisation et de l'utilisation au financement des immeubles tertiaires et résidentiels, dans le parc immobilier privé et public, neuf et existant.
