Abstract

La présentation des libertés universitaires est riche d'intérêt car ces libertés sont consubstantielles de l'Université et du métier d'universitaire. Les libertés universitaires sont les principes-clés de la gouvernance de l'Université, elles permettent de définir en quoi consiste le métier d'universitaire et les compétences des universités pour la construction de la Paix.
