Abstract

Cette communication scientifique s'inscrit dans le développement d'un système d'information pour la valorisation et l'innovation en nanosciences et particulièrement en science des matériaux dans un grand laboratoire français. Elle fait intervenir une démarche interdisciplinaire sur le traitement automatique des langues naturelles et sur la gestion des connaissances dans le but de préserver et améliorer la démarche de transfert technologique à l'Institut Jean Lamour (IJL) en région Lorraine (France). Dans le cadre des mises en oeuvres à l'IJL par le centre de Compétences-Valorisation-Innovation-Transfert, la problématique à laquelle nous voulons répondre c'est de pouvoir disposer d'un système d'information qui cartographie les compétences, savoir-faire et équipement de l'institut afin que des acteurs extérieurs en quête de compétences technologiques spécifiques puissent prendre contact avec les équipes actives de l'institution. En l'occurrence, la constitution d'une ontologie dans le domaine d'études permettrait de structurer notre projet d'offre de compétences et innovation en sciences des matériaux. Notre méthodologie s'appuie sur deux cadres théoriques précis, à savoir : la théorie du KM avec la méthode MASK (Modélisation, Analyse et Structuration de (K) Connaissances), et la théorie C-K (Concept– Knowledge) qui formalise la conception créative. En application, une cartographie conceptuelle a été développée pour l'utiliser dans des activités de veille technologique et pour répondre à des recommandations dans les processus de développement stratégique et d'innovation.
