Abstract

Les motivations du recours aux opérations de croissance externe sont multiples et spécifiques à chaque entreprise. Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à la motivation due aux effets des synergies de coûts résultant de la réunion des chaînes de valeur business de la cible et de l'acquéreur dans une opération horizontale. Des réponses théoriques seront apportées à deux questions liées aux effets de synergies de coûts : Que sont les synergies de coûts dans une opération de croissance externe de type horizontal ? Quelles sont les sources en cause dans ce type de synergies ?
