Abstract

A partir d'entretiens menés auprès d'agriculteurs bretons, cette publication interroge le lien qui existe entre les pratiques environnementales, leur évolution dans le temps et l'usage d'un système de commercialisation en circuits courts. La démarche adoptée est inter-disciplinaire, et examine aussi bien les partis-pris économiques dans la gestion de l'exploitation que les réseaux d'affiliation. Elle propose une typologie d'exploitations et d'attitudes selon 3 axes : "Commercialisation partielle en circuits courts sans changement des pratiques environnementales", "Un nouveau regard sur l'économie de l'exploitation et des changements dans les pratiques environnementales" et "une rupture dans le mode de commercialisation, une rupture dans le mode de production".
