Abstract

Depuis une vingtaine d'années, nous observons une disparition progressive des syndicats du paysage Français. Les dernières lois semblent affirmer la tendance lourde à une forme transformée, voire atrophiée, du dialogue social. Dans ce contexte de réification, les attentes de reconnaissance de la part des salariés, elles, s'intensifient. Les syndicats n'ont-ils pas su évoluer face aux évolutions du système socio-économique français et aux nouvelles attentes des salariés ? Dans cette communication, après avoir fait un état des lieux succinct de l'évolution syndicale et du concept de reconnaissance, nous nous intéressons aux écarts possibles entre les revendications syndicales et les attentes des salariés à travers l'étude de deux organisations privées.
