Abstract

La collection « Grands Auteurs » présente de façon synthétique les apports des auteurs majeurs des disciplines comme : l'économie, la finance, les ressources humaines, l'organisation… Rédigés par des spécialistes, les ouvrages de cette collection constituent un condensé indispensable à tout étudiant, chercheur ou praticien. Cet ouvrage collectif, coordonnée par Olivier Lavastre (iaelyon), Valentina Carbone (ESCP Europe) et Blandine Ageron (IAE Metz), s'attache à présenter les auteurs qui ont marqué la logistique et le Supply Chain Management. Construit autour de 26 chapitres (rédigés par 54 contributeurs), il vise à accompagner le lecteur dans sa quête de connaissance et son cheminement pour appréhender les éléments structurants au cœur des réflexions théoriques et des travaux empiriques de ce champ. Le lecteur pourra découvrir ou approfondir les principes essentiels de la logistique et du SCM : la gestion des flux et des relations. Il sera ainsi question de pilotage des flux physiques par les flux d'information, de management des relations entre fonctions et entre entreprises, et d'organisation des différents sous-systèmes logistiques, en vue d'une meilleure satisfaction du client. Pouvant être lu dans son ensemble, afin de saisir la portée des enseignements de ces grands auteurs, ou chapitre par chapitre, pour approfondir une problématique ou un questionnement particuliers, cet ouvrage propose une mise en perspective des principaux travaux de référence en logistique et SCM.
