Abstract

Cette communication est un essai philosophique venant questionner l'essence du management des ressources humaines à partir de la présentation de situations extrêmes et exceptionnelles. Nous interprétons ces constats en nous appuyant sur la philosophie politique de Giorgio Agamben et avançons la thèse, illustrée par des exemples empruntés aux outils et aux pratiques du management et de la gestion des ressources humaines, que le management peut se définir comme le gouvernement de l'exception permanente.
