Abstract

Au Maroc, la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises est une préoccupation d'apparition récente mais commence à susciter un intérêt grandissant de la part des acteurs économiques. Actuellement, seules quelques grandes entreprises, aussi bien du secteur privé que public, ont pu inscrire leur conduite dans cette logique. Toutefois, les enjeux de la RSE commencent à faire leur entrée dans les cercles des dirigeants et l'on observe aujourd'hui une multiplication des initiatives d'associations professionnelles. Cependant, même si les recherches sur la RSE foisonnent depuis son émergence, il est étonnant de constater que ces différentes tentatives privilégient largement les problématiques environnementales et sociétales, au détriment de la gestion sociale interne. Or, il nous semble primordial, qu'une entreprise qui décide d'inscrire son management dans la voie du développement durable et de la RSE, devrait privilégier ses partenaires internes avant de s'orienter vers les parties externes.
