Abstract

L'objet de cet article est d'envisager dans quelle mesure la problématique de la tétranormalisation, par les différentes sources de règlementation qu'elle implique, et dans ses rapports de force, contribue à la responsabilisation des acteurs d'un secteur donné. En prenant le cas d'une recherche-intervention dans le secteur mutualiste français, nous insistons sur la nécessité de prendre en compte l'apport d'une politique de conformité répondant à la tétranormalisation et visant à structurer tant les contrôles que l'organisation.
