Abstract

Les risques psychosociaux représentent un sujet de société majeur. Leur enjeu humain est de taille au sein de l'entreprise : mal-être et stress touchent un quart des salariés et les cas portés devant la justice sont nombreux. L'entreprise a une obligation de résultat dans la gestion des risques psychosociaux et, pour y parvenir, RH et encadrement doivent appréhender leur définition précise et les outils de prévention à leur disposition. Il leur faut également connaître les plans d'action à mettre en œuvre si des risques psychosociaux sont détectés. Le but de cet ouvrage est de favoriser l'organisation d'une démarche de prévention collective et préventive, pluridisciplinaire (médicale, gestionnaire, juridique…), ouverte sur le dialogue social et la participation : Définir les RPS et en détecter les signes avant-coureurs. Connaître les acteurs impliqués et leur rôle respectif. Concilier prise en charge individuelle et mesures de prévention collectives. Pérenniser la prévention des RPS face aux changements.
