Prévention et vieillissement en bonne santé : un regard économique

Abstract

En France, les mauvais résultats en termes de performance sanitaire et l'aggravation des inégalités sociales de santé, et ce en dépit d'un investissement public élevé, justifient de s'interroger sur la promotion d'actions de prévention. Cette réflexion questionne la rationalité des politiques collectives de prévention et l'adoption de comportements individuels de prévention. Au final, cet article vise à expliciter les conditions permettant de promouvoir le vieillissement en bonne santé par une prévention ciblée, coordonnée et précoce dès l'âge de 50 ans.
