Abstract

Le tourisme est souvent considéré comme un facteur essentiel de développement économique. Les travaux de recherche décrivent généralement l'industrie touristique sous la forme de différentes chaînes logistiques créées à partir de réseaux centrés plus importants. Cependant, il n'existe que très peu d'études concernant la problématique de leur assemblage ainsi que les rôles joués par l'organisation centrale dans ces réseaux. Aussi, dans cet article nous avons voulu comprendre comment l'acteur-pivot d'un réseau touristique parvenait à répondre aux enjeux actuels de réactivité, flexibilité, et modularité des assemblages proposés. En proposant le concept d'assemblage dynamique, nous envisageons de nouvelles perspectives pour le management stratégique des chaînes logistiques touristiques.
