Abstract

Cette communication fait état de changements opérés par une entreprise de services en matière de pilotage de sa productivité globale. Une observation continue pendant quatre années permet à une équipe d'intervenants-chercheurs de l'ISEOR d'évaluer la nature et les impacts des transformations apportées par celle-ci au système de pilotage de sa performance. Ces changements ont d'abord été structurels et visaient à moderniser le contrôle de gestion de l'entreprise. Puis, sous l'effet de nouvelles contraintes et d'une dégradation des résultats économiques, l'entreprise prend conscience de la nécessité de revoir le système de management dans son ensemble. Il s'agit de changer la posture et le rôle des managers dont l'action managériale est alors considérée comme le levier principal pour obtenir durablement des gains de productivité.
