Abstract

L'innovation technologique ou de service, l'internationalisation des marchés, les fusions-acquisitions ou les alliances, le succès de nouveaux modèles organisationnels, la dérégulation des marchés, la nouvelle donne en matière de gouvernance sont autant de facteurs qui remettent en cause l'équilibre concurrentiel des marchés. Dans un tel environnement, l'entreprise doit sans cesse s'adapter pour assurer sa survie. La réalisation d'un véritable diagnostic stratégique est la condition sine qua non de la viabilité des choix des dirigeants. Cet ouvrage propose une mise en pratique des concepts et outils fondamentaux du management stratégique, à travers 14 cas d'entreprises ancrés dans l'actualité des affaires (Bayer, 3M, Nintendo, Areva, GDF, Enron, Clos de Coulaine, iDTGV, Décathlon, Bouygues, Quick, France Télécom-Orange, Fiat-GM, Hitachi).
