Abstract

L'équation entre la baisse des effectifs et le besoin en personnels hautement qualifiés dans le domaine de la simulation semble totalement insoluble dans le contexte militaire actuel. Pour autant, la présence française sur de nombreux théâtres d'opérations exigeants et éprouvants nous oblige à chercher sans cesse des solutions permettant à nos forces de bénéficier de la meilleure préparation au combat possible. C'est dans ces circonstances difficiles en termes de ressources humaines, mais finalement contextuellement opportun, que l'état-major de l'armée de Terre a pris la décision au second semestre 2013 de mutualiser les expertises du domaine simulation au sein d'une communauté de pratique pilotée interarmes.
