Abstract

La gestion des ressources actionnables d'entreprises intenses en savoir-faire demande une attention particulière et implique la participation de l'ensemble des personnels. L'environnement économique se complexifiant, il impacte la réactivité et les spécificités des entreprises, remet en cause leurs ressources et leurs savoir-faire. Au sein même du courant évolutionniste je tenterai d'apporter un nouvel éclairage aux sciences de gestion avec l'utilisation d'un outil développé par les neurosciences. J'aborderai non pas les pratiques innovantes développées, ou en phase de l'être, mais la façon d'aborder différemment l'organisation, sa stratégie et son mode de compréhension. Mieux connaître le fonctionnement d'une organisation pour la mettre en adéquation avec son milieu est l'enjeu de ce document.
