Abstract

Les auteurs citent plusieurs recherches interdisciplinaires qui ont été menées depuis plus de vingt ans sur les liens que l'on peut observer entre les caractéristiques de certains territoires et leur attractivité pour les consommateurs à la fois de produits de terroir et de services de qualité qui y sont disponibles. Ces liens peuvent constituer, sous certaines conditions, des vecteurs importants du développement territorial. Ils analysent également la valorisation conjointe des produits et services et les développement des territoires en prenant comme exemple l'huile d'olive de Nyons (AOP).
