Abstract

Cet article présente la problématique de la Journée Luca Pacioli consacrée "aux pratiques comptables et financières dans le domaine viti-vinicole" avec le concours de l'ISVV (Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin). Oser parler de "Vigne, vin, finance et comptabilité est-il un sacrilège dans ce monde de secret et de luxure à la limite de l'acte politique ? C'est là tout l'enjeu de cette manifestation qui met simplement en exergue les tenants et les aboutissants de l'utilité d'une recherche utile dans ce domaine. Comprendre les spécificités du secteur viti-vinicole et ses enjeux, faire l'état de la recherche en Finance et découvrir de nouvelles pistes de recherche sont les objectifs de ce dossier spécial.
