Abstract

Cet article interroge l'originalité et la portée du concept d'innovation inversée. Nous proposons de clarifier la littérature foisonnante sur ce thème en développant un cadre théorique novateur. Ce faisant nous souhaitons non seulement raffiner notre compréhension du phénomène, mais aussi le distinguer plus clairement de concepts avec lesquels il est souvent confondu. Notre originalité consiste à questionner la ou les dimensions qui se trouve(nt) précisément inversée(s). Notre relecture de la littérature nous permet finalement de faire émerger plusieurs idéaux-types d'innovations inversées, chacun d'entre eux étant associés à des problématiques managériales bien spécifiques.
