Abstract

This chapter presents the results of an intervention-research by ISEOR in an institution hosting and supporting people with disabilities. As these organizations continue to face a decrease in public funding, they are looking for new solutions to ensure that they are able to deliver the required activities to support families and develop disabled people. This change of organizational pattern of coverage of disability is both a societal issue and one that opens up a field for experimenting change in a sector that is still deemed slightly permeable to management innovation.
