Abstract

Depuis les prémisses du contrôle de gestion (Anthony, 1965), la plupart des auteurs reconnaissent deux dimensions au contrôle de gestion. La première est sa vocation stratégique et de gestion, tandis que la seconde insiste sur le rôle central des processus d'apprentissage et des comportements pour apprécier l'efficience d'un système de contrôle (Guibert et Dupuy, 1997 ; Cappelletti et Khouatra, 2009). Cette contribution se situe dans cette double perspective et s'interroge sur les facteurs d'efficacité et d'efficience du contrôle de gestion au sein des entreprises et des organisations, en prenant appui sur de très nombreuses recherches-interventions conduites par les chercheurs de l'ISEOR depuis 1975.
