Abstract

Delivery, c'est la capacité à privilégier l'action pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats. C'est d'abord et avant tout expérimenter, s'adapter et apprendre, que ce soit à l'échelle de l'individu, de l'entreprise ou de la société tout entière. Cette manière propre à l'Asie d'envisager le rapport à l'action explique en partie le dynamisme de la Chine ou de la Corée du Sud, pays dans lesquels cette approche permet notamment une plus grande facilité dans la mise en oeuvre des réformes. Puisant dans leurs expériences et leurs pratiques professionnelles, les auteurs ont voulu, à travers 21 tableaux descriptifs et prospectifs, analyser certains facteurs jusqu'alors méconnus de la réussite asiatique et en tirer les meilleurs enseignements. Face à la crise et à la complexité d'un monde en mutation constante, ils proposent des clés de lecture innovantes qui permettront au lecteur de transformer radicalement son rapport à l'action et développer sa propre capacité de Delivery.
