Le métier d'animalier à Paris Diderot

Abstract

Le rôle de la direction des ressources humaines est à la fois d'appuyer les responsables d'animalerie dans l'organisation de leur structure en les aidant à gérer et anticiper leurs besoins en personnel et d'accompagner les agents durant tout leur parcours professionnel, en terme d'évolution, de mobilité ou encore de formation. Quelques chiffres à Paris Diderot : 17 postes d'animaliers et 2 recrutements prévus, répartis à l'IUH, l'UFR SDV et l'UFR médecine. Cette population est statutaire, en majorité, majoritairement féminine, d'un âge moyen de 41 ans. Les demandes de formations sont à faire lors de l'entretien professionnel annuel pour chaque agent. Les missions des animaliers sont décrites dans une fiche Referens dédiée. Une formation spécifique et des qualifications en expérimentation animale sont exigées pour être recrutés en tant qu'animalier. Ce métier demande de s'adapter à un environnement de travail très particulier, souvent confiné, à des règles d'hygiène et sécurité strictes ainsi qu'a des horaires parfois décalés permettant d'assurer la continuité du service.
