Abstract

Dans l'enquête "individus" réalisée en mars 2012 par l'observatoire de M@rsouin, nous avons fait le choix d'interroger les Bretons sur leurs pratiques de travail à domicile, sans nous restreindre à la définition stricte du télétravail. Après un état des lieux du travail à domicile sur la région Bretagne, nous abordons les perceptions des salariés sur les freins et les motivations au travail à domicile. Puis nous exposons la relation complexe entre le travail à domicile et la mobilité.
