Abstract

Le Noble Age Groupe (groupe impliqué dans la conduite de politiques publiques) et Audencia Nantes (école délégataire d'un service public) se sont réunis pour élaborer cet ouvrage. Ensemble, ils ont retracé les différentes facettes des Partenariats Publics Privés (PPP) et identifié les conditions d'une performance encore trop souvent impensée. L'ouvrage résulte ainsi d'une forme de Partenariat Public Privé (PPP) et met notamment en évidence l'importance et le rôle des liens de la confiance à travers l'exemple de l'Hôpital À Domicile du Saumurois (HAD Ouest-Anjou). L'HAD, établissement de santé au sens du Code de la Santé Publique, est une structure d'Hospitalisation À Domicile du Noble Age Groupe. Il prend la forme d'un Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire (GCS) regroupant des partenaires privés (entreprises, cliniques ou associations) et publics (hôpitaux) où les mécanismes de la confiance sont en jeux.
