Abstract

Non traitée ou non suivie, l'hypertension artérielle (HTA) accroît le risque d'accident cardiovasculaire de 25 %. L'HTA concerne un français sur quatre, entre 20 et 65 ans, mais la moitié l'ignore. En effet, le plus souvent asymptomatique, l'hypertension n'est pas toujours détectée aussitôt qu'il le faudrait au regard des risques dont elle est porteuse. S'il apparaît essentiel de détecter et traiter l'HTA, il est aussi crucial de se mettre en capacité de bien la contrôler pour prévenir ses complications. C'est pour répondre à cette problématique que Vigisanté, un programme de dépistage de l'HTA en entreprise et de prise en charge à domicile des salariés hypertendus grâce à des dispositifs communicants et une plate-forme médicalisée a été déployé. Ce déploiement a été mené dans le cadre d'une étude expérimentale auprès de 50 entreprises de la région Nord-Pas de Calais entre octobre 2011 et avril 2013. L'un des objectifs de ce pilote était de vérifier que le cadre de l'entreprise est adapté pour servir de point de départ à la mise en place d'un programme de suivi médical utilisant les nouvelles technologies d'information et de communication appliquées à la santé.
