Abstract

Dans un contexte mondialisé, où les moyens de communication et de transport se sont accrus comme jamais dans les siècles précédents, émergent des demandes de prise en compte de la diversité. En effet, on connait aujourd'hui des systèmes planétaires d'interconnexions et d'interdépendances organiques (Durkheim, 1893) issus de la globalisation des marchés et de l'internationalisation. Le décloisonnement progressif des territoires et la formalisation croissante des relations sociales (Simmel, 1999) développent les exigences de réactivité. Dans le même temps, la gestion du multiculturalisme (Ricoeur, 2004) devient un enjeu tant au niveau du quotidien qu'au niveau professionnel : au sein des organisations, dans les partenariats multiples entre des organisations d'origines différentes et dans la prise en compte de nouveaux besoins des clients.
